SMKST Bi-Metal Liners are built for high-performance mud pumps used in oil and gas drilling. Each liner features a durable carbon steel outer shell and a centrifugally cast high-chromium iron sleeve with chromium content exceeding 27%. This ensures excellent wear resistance and corrosion protection, meeting or exceeding the API 7K standard for liner service life.
These liners are fully interchangeable with original liners from major pump manufacturers. We offer a wide range of sizes from 3” (75mm) to 8” (200mm), compatible with multiple mud pump models including F-series, 3NB, PZ, T, TPK, UNB, UNBT, BRN, and others.
